Service scope

MonitorMyGEO measures how configured AI providers respond to tracked prompts, stores supporting evidence, and evaluates technical Search and Agent Readiness signals for submitted public websites. Results describe specific observations and do not promise future placement, ranking, traffic, revenue or recommendation.

AI-results disclaimer

• AI provider responses can change by time, model, locale, personalization and web-search availability.
• Automated extraction of mentions, recommendations, positions, citations, competitors, sentiment and readiness findings may be incomplete or incorrect.
• Users should review the underlying evidence before acting on a recommendation.
• Nothing in the service guarantees placement or recommendation by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or any other AI system.

Acceptable use

• Only submit websites and content you are authorized to monitor.
• Do not use the service to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights or provider policies.
• Do not probe private networks, bypass product limits, share credentials, interfere with workers or intentionally create excessive provider cost.
• Do not use audit results as the sole basis for high-impact legal, financial, medical, employment or safety decisions.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and activity performed through their accounts. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, providers or the integrity of the service.

Fees, cancellation and service changes

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the price and billing interval displayed before checkout. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the billing portal where enabled. Cancellation and refund handling is described on the Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

Features, provider coverage, limits and pricing may change. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any commitments presented with the relevant plan.

Availability and responsibility

The service depends on third-party AI providers, cloud infrastructure, public websites and network services that may be unavailable or change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for decisions made using the service and for independently validating material conclusions.
