Subprocessors & Service Providers

MonitorMyGEO relies on specialist service providers to operate the product. This page identifies material integrations represented by the current application, connected production infrastructure and deployment design, and describes why they are used.
1. Vercel
Service: Application hosting and edge infrastructure. Purpose: Serve the web application and API. Data involved: Account, request and application data transmitted through the service. Retention/deletion handling: Provider contract and infrastructure retention.
2. Supabase
Service: Managed PostgreSQL database infrastructure. Purpose: Store application, customer, audit, legal and privacy-operation data. Data involved: Application data stored in the MonitorMyGEO database. Retention/deletion handling: Database retention, deletion operations and infrastructure backup lifecycle.
3. Stripe
Service: Payments and subscription billing. Purpose: Checkout, billing, invoices and subscription administration. Data involved: Customer/contact and transaction identifiers. Retention/deletion handling: Financial records retained according to applicable provider/legal requirements.
4. Resend
Service: Transactional email. Purpose: Account and service communications. Data involved: Email address and message delivery metadata/content. Retention/deletion handling: Provider retention plus manual privacy-request review where applicable.
5. OpenAI
Service: AI model API. Purpose: AI visibility measurement and analysis. Data involved: Prompts, configured business context and provider requests. Retention/deletion handling: Provider/API terms and configured retention controls.
6. Anthropic
Service: AI model API. Purpose: AI visibility measurement and analysis. Data involved: Prompts, configured business context and provider requests. Retention/deletion handling: Provider/API terms and configured retention controls.
7. Perplexity
Service: AI/search API. Purpose: AI visibility measurement and source evidence. Data involved: Prompts, configured business context and provider requests. Retention/deletion handling: Provider/API terms and configured retention controls.
8. Google Gemini
Service: AI model API. Purpose: AI visibility measurement and grounding. Data involved: Prompts, configured business context and provider requests. Retention/deletion handling: Provider/API terms and configured retention controls.
9. Google Analytics
Service: Optional analytics. Purpose: Measure product/site usage after analytics consent. Data involved: Analytics identifiers and usage/device/network data as configured. Retention/deletion handling: Consent-controlled provider retention.
10. Microsoft Clarity
Service: Optional analytics. Purpose: Understand site interaction after analytics consent. Data involved: Analytics/session interaction data as configured. Retention/deletion handling: Consent-controlled provider retention.
11. Changes
MonitorMyGEO may add, replace or remove service providers as the service evolves. Material changes affecting contracted processing will be handled under the applicable agreement and data-protection requirements. Enterprise customers may request current subprocessor information through support.
