Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026 · Version 1.0
This Acceptable Use Policy expands the acceptable-use requirements in the MonitorMyGEO Terms of Service. It applies to accounts, APIs, audits, prompts, scans, reports and other use of the service.
1. Lawful use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing activity.
- Do not submit or process information you do not have the right or authority to use.
- Do not use the service to violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity or other rights.
2. Security and platform abuse
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to another account, workspace, system, model provider or network.
- Do not probe, scan, exploit or bypass security, authentication, rate limits, entitlements, billing controls or technical restrictions except under an expressly authorised security-testing scope.
- Do not distribute malware, malicious code, credential theft, phishing or destructive payloads through the service.
- Do not intentionally disrupt, overload or degrade the service or connected providers.
3. Automation and data collection
- Do not use abusive automation, scraping or collection methods that violate law, third-party terms or access controls.
- Do not use MonitorMyGEO to harvest credentials, sensitive personal data or private third-party information without lawful authority.
- Do not circumvent plan limits by creating duplicate accounts, sharing credentials or manipulating request identity.
4. Misrepresentation and third parties
- Do not impersonate another person or organisation or falsely imply authorisation, sponsorship or affiliation.
- Do not use third-party accounts, API keys, domains or data sources without permission.
- Do not represent AI-generated or measured output as guaranteed fact where the product identifies it as probabilistic, derived or uncertain.
5. Resale and access sharing
Do not resell, sublicense or provide unauthorised shared access to protected parts of the service except where an applicable plan, order or written agreement expressly allows it. Agency/Enterprise permissions remain governed by their applicable commercial terms.
6. High-impact decisions
Do not use MonitorMyGEO output as the sole basis for high-impact legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, eligibility or safety decisions about individuals. The service is designed for business visibility/readiness analysis, not automated high-impact adjudication.
7. Enforcement
Where reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers or the service, or to address suspected fraud, security abuse, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach, MonitorMyGEO may investigate, rate-limit, restrict, suspend or terminate access in accordance with the Terms and applicable law. Urgent restrictions may be applied before a full investigation where delay would create material risk.
8. Reporting
Questions or suspected abuse may be reported to support@monitormygeo.com.
